Golden Juice

Golden Juice

Easy three ingredient juice that actually tastes good, and is good for you!

This Golden Juice was actually inspired by something I first got from my mother in law. She asked if I wanted a juice and gave me a glass with a deep red – almost purple – liquid. I tried it and it tasted like fresh apples and oranges, with a hint of something else. The secret to her beautiful juice, was red beets. The juice you will find the recipe for below uses golden beets, hence the name “Golden Juice”. Golden beets have a milder flavor, creating the illusion that you are drinking pure fruit juice. There are many health benefits to apples and oranges alone, but by adding beets you also add amazing benefits such as, lowering blood pressure, and reducing inflammation in the body. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
